I just can't pick anything right this year.
10-6 on Day One is not what I'm accustomed to, especially since I usually do 13-3 or better. At least my Day One luck hasn't completely disappeared from the planet; it just found a new home as
Sister Toldjah went 15-1.
I can only hope my luck for 2008 has changed, as I went under .500 for the NFL playoffs and, except for the NRE Spring Hill campaign (which required reinforcement from the Maha Rushie), I'm 0-for-the Presidential Pool. If it hasn't, it's going to be a long three weekends; Day One has historically been my best day, with the rest of the first weekend killing my bracket.
